 In connection with the Comdex fair in Las Vegas, Mamut launches a complete solution where the customer/sales processing system is seamlessly integrated with the sales/order/warehouse modules and the company’s e-store/web publisher. The solution also contains a professional shopping cart solution, writes PC World Express. 

This is the first solution for the SMB market that allows companies to receive information from their web site automatically into the customer management system without consultants or special adjustments. For example, all orders that are placed on the web are processed further in the company’s order register, and the response from the e-store is placed directly into an activities module, enabling the right department in the company to attend to the customer.

Mamut eCRM will have a complete web interface where each user can create his/her profile/desktop according to relevant tasks, writes PC World.
