(Oslo,20 November 2000)LibertySurf and Mamut ASA has entered into a partnership agreement where all LibertySurf customers are offered the tools to build their own web site. The only thing users need is a PC with an Internet connection.

Mamut for LibertySurf is a solution that enables users to build a professional web site without any prior Internet or programming knowledge. The web site is ready in half an hour, and the user can publish images, links and lots more on the Internet. Users even get their own e-store as part of the deal. Domain name, hosting, e-mail addresses and software are included – the only prerequisite is a PC with an Internet connection.

“Through the alliance with Mamut, customers get all they need to go online in one place,” says Christian Wilse, Managing Director of Liberty Surf Norge.

LibertySurf offers free Internet access, and has attracted a lot of customers since the launch in Norway in June. The company is now extending the service by offering free anti-virus products from Norman Data Defense Systems and the web site solution from Mamut:
