Norwegian Mamut is at Comdex in Las Vegas, USA, to launch its eCRM solution, writes IT Kanalen. The product is a complete solution with CRM and web solution integrated.

For example, all orders placed on the web are processed further in the company’s order register, and the response from the e-store is directly inserted into the activities module, enabling the right department in the company to attend to the customer.

Mamut promises that eCRM will be the most inexpensive CRM solution on the market, with prices from NOK 1000 per user. eCRM will be available on the market in the first quarter of 2001, and expanded versions will be launched continuously in the first half of 2001. Companies with up to 20 simultaneous users can use Mamut eCRM, writes IT Kanalen.
