Compaq designs, develops, manufactures, and markets hardware, software, solutions, and services, including industry-leading enterprise computing solutions, fault-tolerant business-critical solutions, and communications products, commercial desktop and portable products, and consumer PCs.
Mamut’s alliance with Compaq covers joint sales and marketing efforts, arranging joint seminars and product bundling. Recently Mamut developed a special Mamut version for all Compaq-Net customers.

Cisco Systems Cisco Systems is the worldwide leader in networking for the Internet. Cisco’s networking solutions connect people, computing devices and computer networks, allowing people to access or transfer information without regard to differences in time, place or type of computer system. Cisco has more than 42,000 employees worldwide, and Cisco products are sold in 115 countries. Cisco Systems Norway AS has 90 employees working with selling and marketing Cisco’s products and solutions in Norway.
Cisco Systems has initiated a web project called E-grep in collaboration with Mamut and four other leading IT companies in Norway. The goal is to make e-grep.no the preferred web site for Norwegian SME-businesses wanting to increase their expertise in Internet-based business solutions and technology. The web site also gives businesses access to information about new products, activities, campaigns, partners and trends. Mamut is supplying e-commerce solutions customized for small and medium businesses.
Symantec Symantec is a world leader in Internet security technology, and provides a broad range of content and network security solutions to individuals and enterprises. Symantec holds a 25 percent market share on anti-virus products worldwide. Revenues for fiscal 2000 amounted to US$704.9 million. The company has received a great number of international and national awards for its products.
Mamut and Symantec have entered into a partnership agreement that offers all of Symantec’s Norwegian customers a free e-commerce solution with Mamut for Symantec. The agreement also entails joint sales and marketing efforts.

Verio Verio Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of NTT Communications (NTT Com), is the world’s largest Web hosting company and a leading provider of comprehensive Internet services. Verio provides web hosting, managed services, e-commerce, virtual private networks, and high-speed access to customers in more than 50 countries worldwide.
Mamut and Verio have signed a letter of intent, which entails the development of joint solutions consisting of Mamut’s e-commerce solutions and Verio’s range of services, as well as international distribution of these solutions.

Through a partnership agreement, Hewlett-Packard and Mamut offer more than 100,000 companies in Norway and Sweden complete office solutions with an e-commerce solution and solutions for professional data and image processing. The campaign is especially directed at smaller businesses, and focuses on how these can make their workday more effective.

American Express American Express Company is a global travel, financial and network services provider. From 1 July 1999 Den Norske Bank has had the concession on American Express in Norway.
American Express Business Card is the name of the new DnB Card that is custom-made for small and medium-sized businesses with less than 50 employees. The card was launched in May 2000, and Mamut is one of the collaborators. Mamut supplies software that enables card users to establish a professional e-commerce solution. Mamut also offers a more extensive web site solution at 50% of the going rate, and also offers substantial discounts on Mamut’s personal taxes and business administration programs.

Nameplanet.com Nameplanet.com is the world’s largest operator and provider of personal e-mail addresses. Nameplanet.com has also launched a service that enables users to register their own name as their web address (e.g. www.firstname.lastname.com). Since the launch in February this year over 700,000 users have got an e-mail address at Nameplanet.com. The service is available in seven different languages.

The portal was established in September 2000 as a collaboration between, among other, Kverneland Group, Hydro Agri and PriceWaterhouseCoppers Consulting. Farmersfield’s portal offers a mix of news, weather services and the most comprehensive link list for agriculture on the Internet as well as input factors and agricultural equipment.

Scandinavia Online Scandinavia Online is the leading portal network in the Nordic region. The network consists of portals in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. It includes interest-specific channels, a large number of functions for web-based communities and communication, sophisticated search capabilities and integrated online shopping in the Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish languages.
Through the partnership agreement with Mamut, Scandinavia Online’s many users are offered a partner version of the Mamut e-commerce solution, ‘Mamut for SOL’.
Boxer Technologies Boxer Technologies AS was established in 1986 and is Norway’s largest company in multimedia-based training. The company has approximately 80 employees, divided among offices in Kristiansand, Stavanger and Oslo. Boxer aims to makes professionals better at what they do by replacing existing in-house courses with multimedia-based training programs or make new, customized training solutions.
Through the Boxicon product series, Mamut offers interactive training for several office support systems, among others Microsoft Office and Windows. The product series is beneficial to Mamut’s customers because it offers training on products that are closely integrated with the Mamut solutions. The partnership with Boxer Technologies also entails that Mamut is offering all Boxer Technologies’ customers a complete, free e-commerce solution.

SpareBank1/Visa Business Card The SpareBank 1 Group is a Nordic bank and product alliance uniting the SpareBank 1 banks of Norway and Swedbank of Sweden through the jointly owned holding company SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS. The alliance’s objective is to secure the independence and regional footing of the individual member banks by maximizing their competitiveness, profitability and capital strength. SpareBank 1 is one of Visa’s member banks, and issues, for example, Visa Business Card directly to its customers. The SpareBank 1 alliance has over 2.3 million customers, and ranks as Norway’s 4th largest banking group.
SpareBank 1 has entered into an agreement with Mamut ASA under which all SpareBank 1 Midt-Norge customers who use the Visa Business Card will be offered an e-commerce solution free of charge. In the future, the agreement will cover all of SpareBank 1’s 120,000 corporate customers across the country.
