Norwegian Mamut integrates customer management and web shop in a special package for Office XP users. The software is free until the end of June, writes digitoday.no. From July 1 the package, which has been named Mamut CRM for Office XP, will cost $110 (£75 / EUR 125). The free version can be ordered from Mamut’s web site and includes a Service Agreement for the year 2001. Together Microsoft Office XP and Mamut CRM for Office XP will constitute an integrated package with everything a small business needs in terms of IT solutions, including customer management and web site with product register and shop, writes digitoday.no

The Mamut products exploit the new integration possibilities available in Office XP. That means that customer management, diary, e-mail, word processing and so on is working together, and the web shop is integrated with the product register and customer lists. Mamut contends that the solution offers ‘all the reports you need’.
