What do I need to use Mamut Free?
A PC with Pentium 166 Mhz processor or more, 64 MB RAM or more, Microsoft Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP, Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher and 70 MB hard disk space
Internet and e-commerce
Mamut Free gives your business a complete web site with a basic web shop – completely free of charge. It makes it very easy to build your own web site, with no need for any programming knowledge. If you would like more Internet functionality, we recommend Mamut Web Professional.
Web application (basic)
– Build your web site with an extremely user-friendly application that does not require any programming knowledge. You update your own web site, as often you like
– Choose from a wide selection of design templates created by professional web designers
– You can add news pages, sub pages, contact pages and web shop to your site
– New functionality and more design templates are automatically made available in the application
Web shop (basic)
– Your customers can order from the product list in your web shop
– All orders are transferred to you on e-mail
– Option to change VAT tariffs
– Space for 50 products in your web shop
Hosting
– You get 10 MB storage space on Mamut’s web server
– Your web site is automatically transferred from your PC to Mamut’s web server – all you have to do is press one button!
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Mamut Free is not a Customer Relationship Management system, but includes basic functionality for product management integrated with your web shop. If you would like more CRM functionality, we recommend Mamut Contact Professional.

– Basic logistics functionality allows you to edit product cards
System
Administrative services
– User-friendly backup routines ensure that your data is protected at all times. You can set up your own backup routines, and choose how comprehensive they should be. The actual copying happens automatically at regular, specified intervals
– Complete language control allows users to work in the language of their choice. For example, if you have a German sales team, the team can work in German while the rest of the company will use English
Integration with Microsoft Office
– You get full integration with the applications in Microsoft Office
