Mamut today announced an agreement with Boxer Technologies. The agreement covers both sales and marketing, and Boxer Technologies will distribute Mamut’s software to 200,000 users in Norway and Europe. Mamut will also extend its range of training courses to cover interactive training, and will commence sales of Boxer Technologies’ products.

«This agreement is very exciting. We have common interests in terms of product range and target groups,» says Eilert Hanoa, managing director of Mamut ASA.

200,000 Boxer customers
Boxer Technologies is the largest company in Norway for multimedia-based training. With this agreement, all 200,000 of Boxer’s customers will have the chance to set up a free web solution with Mamut for Boxicon – a specially designed partner version of Mamut which has been adapted to Boxer Technologies’ customers. Mamut for Boxicon is a complete web solution, where the user receives server space and may open an Internet shop. Everything is included in the package – software, server space and the Internet shop. All you need is a computer with an Internet connection.

For its part, Mamut will offer existing and new customers multimedia-based courses in Microsoft Office and Windows 2000. A number of Boxer Technologies’ “Boxicon IT” courses provide training which is also advantageous for users of GBA, Mamut and daTax products, as these products are closely integrated with the Windows products for which Boxer Technologies provides training.
