(Oslo 5/7-2000) During Microsoft’s Synergy 2000 in Rome today, Mamut Pro was announced as the best Nordic e-commerce solution for small and mid-sized businesses. The user friendliness of the product makes it easy to get started with e-commerce, according to the jury in the Nordic final in the Microsoft Certified Solution Provider Challenge.

– This represents a great recognition for the Mamut solutions, and serves as extra motivation for our further international campaign, says Eilert Hanoa, Chief Executive Officer in Mamut ASA.

International potential
130 Nordic solutions took part in the competition, and the e-commerce solution from Mamut Pro was chosen as the best solution for small and mid-sized companies.

User friendliness is key
-User friendliness and simplicity is the key to the Norwegian software solution, where advanced technology makes it possible for small and mid-sized companies to create their own professional e-commerce solution. The solutions are Windows based and require no special knowledge of the Internet or HTML programming, says CEO in Microsoft Norway, Ole Morten Settevik.

International focus
